3,2,2023 Moved to Sutton Bonington six months ago and have been wondering where to get Chinese food. Wife was at a book launch that ran over so when she dropped her pal off I asked her to stop off on the way back and pick up Chinese as it was too late to cook. There are a couple in Kegworth so she had a drive by and Diamond City were the busier of the two so that was the choice made. Ordered lemon chicken and special fried rice and my wife had sweet and sour king prawn and king prawn chow mien. Lemon chicken is a hard one and sometimes a bit sweet and cloying but this was delicious, lemony and light and the chicken was amazing. The special fried rice was a meal in itself and the best Ive ever had. Should say that I only managed half of the portions and Im gutted we are out tomorrow as I would happily eat this again tomorrow but maybe Sunday lunch. Wifes sweet and sour and chow mien were amazing and again only half eaten as loads of food. We both agreed they were the best dishes we had had in donkeys and are chuffed we have a great Chinese on our doorstep. Its six stars from us and I cant recommend enough as quick service and great food! Thank You Diamond City and we will be back soon!
