        Staff at this branch have consistently been kind and thoughtful. Very lovely team, genuinely caring and considerate. Being new to the area, I visited other pharmacies as well. Based on my experiences, I am grateful to have found this branch. Highly recommend Boots Kegworth %

        Staff are less than helpful. Asked about a product - was told none in stock and if had been in stock wouldn't be what I wanted anyway. The level of arrogance from the staff really does Boots proud!

        Lazy staff never get prescription done on time, some of the staff are hooking up in the patient room, sack the lot of them
