Very professional very friendly staff but we chose to go the traditional way with an estate agent as we were not in a hurry to sell and 20% fee is to much to pay. Overall very nice company to deal with.

A really genuine company I was very sceptical about selling our house to a property buying company as most reviews show them offerings you less close to the completion date than first agreed and by that time most have gone too far to pull out and have to take the lower offer but this company have morals and dont do things like that Im not saying the sale went without a hitch but the problems were down to our side and land registry checks But Dorothy ,Lilly & Kerry were fantastic and done everything in their powers to help us to resolve the situation I cant recommend the House Buyers Bureau enough So if you or someone you know is thinking of selling your home to a home buying company then look no further Thank you once again Dorothy, Lilly & Kerry Norman & Sue Neal Whitstable

Although the HBB wasn't for me, due to circumstances with my property, the lady I spoke to was very very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Thanks for the advise and help.

Complete waste of time they stated off with a poor offer and got worse as the offer made was an insult . They want to buy property only if it's for nothing .Not a good experience I wouldn't recommend them unless you are desperate.
