Thanks for wasting my time today! avoid this agency !! especially if you are not from the UK, they cannot be bothered to do anything right no matter what the time is. Lying to me only made the situation worse and its the second time you do this to me.

Newton Fallowell Kegworth are by far the worst Ive dealt with, completely unresponsive and really dont care about tenants. Rent always paid up front and on time and property maintained to a great standard, yet cant get back to you about a leak for months. 1 star is too much, but 0 isnt an option

LOUGHBOROUGH I rented a property from newton fellowell in kegworth. I moved out on the 6th of December 2022 its now the 15th feb 2023 and still have not recieved any part of my deposit back. No explanation from the agency. I have contacted them numerous times to which they keep making excuses. It is coming up to three months now. The property was let out pretty much straight after we left (within a week). When we gave our notice of a month we were CONSTANTLY bombarded to allow viewings, I understand this is in the contract which was fine, however my mother was in hospital at the time and I had a dog at home which is a nervous dog. This was never taken into consideration either. Plus many repairs reported through the time of living at the address and these were never addressed. I've heard the new tenant is having exactly the same problems regarding repairs. If they are receiving money or agreeing a let they are brilliant, however not so much on carrying out maintenance or returning deposits

If the letting agent would be more organised and trying to not forget about the potential tenants, you as a new potential tenant would have more chances to rent a Property.
