        Rang before we went to enquire if food was being served they told us yes,when we arrived we were told chef had gone shopping for food and would be 20 mins 45mins later still not back, so we left surely you should get food in morning not when service has started at 6.30pm

        Lovely old traditional pub. Lots of very original features and proper beers

        We went in and it was 5 minutes before we had 4 staring at us making comments about our looks and weight. Which is a shame really its now our closest pub and we feel we cant go back. Prices are decent and the young lady on the bar was nice enough though
