        Was discriminated against in a interview because of my age

        During my 4 years as a contractor within Service Request Department as a Service Request Analyst I had mostly a negative experience. The first 2 years were okay, however since new manager was appointed, initials S.H, things went very downhill. People were given preference based on how much they were liked by the manager and not so much by merit. There was also Favoritism, office politics, being overworked and minimal career progression. The Umbrella Company who I was under got rid of expenses after 2 years of working there so the pay ended up being very low. Resigning was the best decision I ever made.
