        Really handy location on keele campus and always well stocked however I have found the customer service to be quite poor. The 2 gents who have served me in the past were both dismissive to my problems and rude to other customers in the store. I find the ladies here are much nicer to deal with

        Rarely ever open and can say that its very difficult to get your prescriptions on time here due to lack of staffing. This is an issue as there are many students on campus with disabilities who have specifically chosen this campus for its accessibility. The pharmacy currently has a sign saying theyre closed on Wednesday, its now Thursday with no sign of being open any time soon. Its difficult to deal with if you have regular medication to take.

        The pharmacy is great and in a good location. However, these past 2 days I decided to pick up my prescription before work. Yesterday the pharmacist hadn't turned up to open the pharmacy early enough for me to get to work (at least 9 minutes after opening time but I couldn't wait longer), today it was 8 minutes past that the pharmacist opened the door. This has happened many times now and in any other profession it wouldn't happen and not allowed to happen.
