Highly recommend Capps Fitness, Great range of classes and PT sessions for all abilities. Everyone is made welcome and there is a great atmosphere. Matt really pushes you to your max and a bit more but you feel so good after. You wont be disappointed.

Training with Mat has been so motivating and a really big accomplishment for me in my life! Mat is an amazing trainer who has helped me through this year while making working out enjoyable, most time of course its really hard, but thats part of the process on getting fitter (and I have gone so far) !! He jumps through hoops to make sure my program meets my needs and sometimes including exercises that I prefer. If you are looking for amazing trainer and person, look no more, Mat is the person you have been looking for!
