        Absolutely useless. Ring them as soon as it turns 8am to be 17th in the queue, wait over half an hour to be told that the earliest I can get an appointment for a UTI is 3 days away eventhough it has already started to turn into a kidney infection. When stating this fact I was referred to a clinic that the name brings up no search results on Google and seems to not exist.

        My wife and I have used Keele Medical Practice for a number of years. We have always found the doctors, nurses and reception staff easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

        Ive got fairly complex medical needs. The staff here are simply awesome, cant recommend them enough. A deeply caring professional service. Its very easy to get an appointment the same day, phone just after 8am.
