        Impossible when you use the app to get an appointment that is not about a month away not good when your mental health is declining and havent had a medication review in months

        Absolutely useless. Ring them as soon as it turns 8am to be 17th in the queue, wait over half an hour to be told that the earliest I can get an appointment for a UTI is 3 days away eventhough it has already started to turn into a kidney infection. When stating this fact I was referred to a clinic that the name brings up no search results on Google and seems to not exist.

        My wife and I have used Keele Medical Practice for a number of years. We have always found the doctors, nurses and reception staff easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
