        Have an very old Firemaster Superdraught De-Luxe fireplace with underfloor air supply. Darren from their technical team was able to source me documents that I had no chance of finding. With a bit of back and forth the problem was discovered (along with the illusive valve shaft hole which had been crusted over). He did this under no pretext to sell me anything and with genuine interest to find the issue unlike some companies I came across. Thank you.

        Shambolic. No interest in a stove that was weeks out of its warranty and an engineer says it's a design fault so I will just keep burning logs at an incredible rate or buy ANOTHER log burner. Seriously unimpressed.
