        Deposit was paid and slot booked artist was a no show waited around for 3 hours even the barber next door tried to call them to no avail wouldn't bother again.

        Called twice no answer so I went into the shop to enquire about availability was greeted by a female on her PC didn't even look me in the eye just informed me by looking over her shoulder that if I want to book an appointment I need to via Instagram or your website (you've no website) , I dont have Instagram (Shock horror) so in this case I went to another tattoo shop and guess what I was able to get availability there and then and guess what I booked in with them! Not everyone uses social media so maybe train your staff on this and you'll maybe increase your chances of passing trade. Shame really because your artists all look good.
