A key holding service is bit like paying for breakdown cover on your vehicle. Every year the renewal comes through, and you ponder should I risk it, Ive got a new car it wont break down. Then that one time, you go to start your car and that feeling of relief that you have someone to call and sort it. Key Control Services (KCS) have been our key holders for the last 3 years, and in truth we have only needed this service a couple of times, but like the feeling when your car wont start, the relief we have these guys responding to alarms at our premises is gold. Not only do KCS respond to alarm call outs, they complete a full and comprehensive check of the premise and ensure it is secured before leaving site. I am sure you will agree nobodys alarm ever goes off just as you are leaving site or even before you sit down for your tea. It is always 3am. Twice in the last week, we have had both our intruder, and fire alarm activated in the middle of the night, and both times the first I knew about it was when I received a report in my mail box the next morning. I have been extremely impressed by the quality of services provided, speed of call outs, and frankly for a very reasonable annual fee. Although you cannot put a price of peace of mind, and the ability to get a full nights sleep. Thanks KCS, would highly recommend for all your security and key holding needs.
