Rude staff, came for a visit and stood outside in the rain for ages before someone decided to open the door. Another time staff sat outside smoking throwing cigarette ends on the floor, and an eldery staff worker blonde hair called Sue was rude and ignorant. This place needs to be reported to QCC.
