        Always staff has problems with yodel the said no parcel or its scan machine not working. Now the lady said the don't have my parcel but I have email from yodel it's delivered Rude staff

        Staff are massively rude. They absolutely hate dealing with parcels if you use them as a drop off. They dont get that parcels generate more custom if they are actually NICE to customers. CBA with them again.
