        Shocking place always lose my parcels and half the time carnt be bothered looking for them I think someone is swiping them

        Absolutely appalling the way the staff in there treat you. Went in to collect a parcel that had been there for a week because when I did go to collect my parcel the machine was out of order, went back and got abuse off the woman behind the counter about how lucky I am that she's kept my parcel there and not returned it back to sender, she apparently doesn't have room in her shop to store parcels for people like me that don't go and collect them when they get delivered. Will never ever be using this store again and I'll be warning other people to boycott the store. Disgusting customer service
