        shambolic comes to mind. Purchased a gas cylinder on 31/07/2022 @ 29.99paid for it. When the cashier gave it me, then explained there is a cylinder deposit of 59.99 on top. Therefore I requested a refund for the 29.99 as too expensive. he put the refund through the card terminal, and still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later!!! Been in numerous times and just get the run around. Can't find any business information on companies house, which I would have thought had to be a legal requirement. They are not interested when you go in just get on the phone to a manager in a different language. I am sure if I purchased fuel and didn't pay for it they would be ringing the police!! But what they are doing is the same, it's called THEFT!1
