Found the sales team easy to deal with, the work was done in a reasonable time frame, the workmanship seems to be of a good quality, faulty door was replaced promptly, however the screws on the back of the door knobs were not trimmed. Team said they had forgotten the grinder and would do it when they came back to replace the faulty door. On the second visit they claimed again to have forgotten the tool to do it. Queried this when the invoice arrived and was told that they don't have a grinder and finishing that part of the job off isn't their responsibility and that we'd been told this already, so basically called me a liar. Very disappointed as until then the service and quality had been good, but for the price we paid I would have expected them to actually finish the job instead of shirking responsibility.
