        I thought I'd do a good thing by choosing a smaller retailer over Amazon. Instead, I got a guy who took money for a product he didn't have, then refused to give me a refund. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. In this case, maybe go with Amazon.

        Ordered some table tennis balls online. My money was taken and my order was confirmed but it was never dispatched. After eight days I emailed and phoned the seller but no response. Ten days later I made inquiry via their online form but still no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal. I contacted the seller via PayPal. I asked the seller to send me my order or give me refund then they refunded me. Completely waste of my time! If I hadn't paid via PayPal I would be still waiting for the seller to come back to me, forever!
