I accidentally ordered my pillowcases in the wrong colour. Chris Saunders made sure that I had nothing to worry about since they would send out free return packaging with my new, correct order. The refund will be processed when they receive my original mistake order. SUPER EASY, Thanks Chris!

Absolutely amazing service: ordered two fitted sheets around 4.00pm Friday and they arrived just after 9.00am Saturday. Sheets are excellent quality at a great price and the lavender pillow spray was a nice little extra - thank you!

Edit to review - some months after the sheet was exchanged we are still having issues. It doesn't fit. It has never fitted and despite being washed and tumble dried at the highest of temperatures it remains about 4 inches too big. What company in the UK ever thinks super king size is x and everyone else says it is y? The sheet isn't wearing well either. So it's a HUGE no from us. Excellent customer service after sales. I had a sheet that was a tad larger than a super king size fitted sheet should have been. Chris kindly rang and sent a follow up email with details for a replacement. This was sent out with a returns label for the incorrectly sized one. Thank you Belledorm and Chris in particular for this excellent follow up and post sale customer services. I look forward to purchasing many more items in the future.
