I know it says this on the web but it is important to know that despite the name this is a full service establishment. MOT, servicing, repairs, tyres and exhausts all under one roof. If you've never been it's a great place to take your car for whatever it needs. First thing you notice is it's busy (that's always a good sign) and maybe this is just a woman's view but it's also clean. Everything is very well orchestrated and on the two occasions I have visited, Gary and the team have been more than willing to go the extra mile to get things done and more importantly, do them properly. Everything is explained and even shown to you (if possible) both what they are doing or have done. Now, as a mature lady these places can be daunting. In actual fact I grew up surrounded by boys who were car mad so I have a fair knowledge of what is needed. I never disclose that because it can work against me but here they treated me with courtesy and respect, never talked down to me and involved me throughout so if you are a lady who worries about going into these places, here you don't have to. It's not on my doorstep so logistically it's hard for me to make use of but I will make the effort because it's worth it. I initially presented them with a problem with the exhaust that two other garages had scratched their heads over. Here, it was up on a ramp, thoroughly examined and discussed by several members of the team, a solution found and it was booked in for a couple of days later. The price was fair (less than others had suggested) and it was ready when they said it would be. Good job!! See you next time then.
