Never give appointments, even for children. And if you mange to get one after begging for one the doctor dont give any medications. My daughter had cough for 2 weeks and had a negative covid result, doctor said we will see another 2 weeks if cough continues. They want you suffer. Rubbish!!!!

I do not visit the Dr often and agree its difficult at times to get an appointment, but Dr Barua is an excellent knowledgable GP.

One of the worse GP service ever I been . I booked in appointment , after a few days on the appointmented time the receiption told me "you don't have any appointments booked"

Absolutely dissatisfied with this doctors. I rang 55 times to get an appointment this morning. I was told doctor would ring but don't know when. Unfortunately I missed my call left a message to ring back. Then I rang o was told the surgery had finished. Too ring tomorrow morning for an appointment What a performance. I do appreciate we are in difficult times. But the service has always been poor.the doctors are great I just feel the system needs to be updated
