        Very poor. Ordered a Kamado Joe Jnr grill plate. Received some cheap Chinese alternative with no explanation. Clearly trying to pass off goods as box had parts cut off to try and disguise the actual manufacturer. Ignored my emails and having to use PayPal to get my money back.
