Like all cat mom's, nervous about leaving our babies. But Helen treated my very timid cat like her own. Lots of updates/photos. My cat even gave Helen head butt's and kisses. He calm back totally relaxed. Cannot recommend Helen enough. Xx

Highly recommend The Cats Other Mother Boutique Cat Hotel. We were nervous about leaving our 1 year old Lenny away from home for the first time but the nerves were soon gone after receiving regular updates from Helen and knowing how settled Lenny was. He was well looked after and loved chilling out in the wall cave, climbing the wall stairs and looking at the beautiful birds out of the window. When we picked him up, it was evident he liked Helen and felt comfortable and confident in her presence, Im not sure he wanted to come home! We will be using this Cat Hotel every time we go away. As per usual my boys did not want to come home from their stay with Helen! The boys love staying and enjoy the pamper sessions lots!They have been spoilt and treated like kings as they do every time they stay. They are already booked in for September, thanks Helen for looking after them as if they were your own!

Our two cats, Zazzy and Chibi, have never been away from home before but we were having building work so I had no choice. I panicked and booked the first place I could find but I have never been so lucky in my life. Helen from The Cats Other Mother was friendly and reassuring even before we got there. When we did arrive, Helen was there to greet us and took us to straight to their room. It was amazing. Just like someones front room. An armchair, rugs, big window for the cats to sit in and look out on the country view and even their own television. It was so warm and welcoming, comfy and cosy, I would have been happy to stay there myself. And so clean! How on earth there is no cat smell, I have no idea. It wasnt even air freshener, it was just CLEAN, like we were the first guests ever there. We were allowed to settle them in and spend some time with them before saying goodbye. Helen checked what their personalities were like, what they liked to eat and what treats they could have. I was so happy and reassured. Helen sent pictures of them throughout their stay settled into their chairs sleeping and amazingly, of them playing (even the ten year old who does nothing but sleep at home was playing!) They were so relaxed and content. When the little one didnt eat, she tempted her with different foods and even chicken. I couldnt have cared for them better myself. They even came home with their little catnip toys. This place is like Kitty Disneyland the happiest place on earth. And Helen is not just The Cats Other Mother, she is truly a kitty angel. Seriously, this is the BEST CAT HOTEL EVER. If your love your cats, you just have to book them in here just try to leave one room for me and Zazzy and Chibi

We were quite nervous about leaving Ernie as it would be the most days we have been away from him and at the last cattery he stayed at he did not settle! But as soon as we arrived at The Cats Other Mother, we were all made to feel so welcome. The Hotel is so warm and friendly and you can feel the love pouring out of every aspect of it! We were shown to Ernies room and he settled in straight away! He loved his window and his platforms to sit on! There was everything and more in the room to make him feel at ease and happy! He didnt even want to come home at the end haha! Helen was amazing! She could not do enough! Her knowledge about Cats was just so reassuring to know Ernie was going to be so well looked after. The updates throughout the stay were settling for us to know he was happy and loving his time there! Throughout the whole process Helen has been great, even before Ernie arrived, she called and spoke through everything and made me feel comfortable before dropping Ernie off! I cant forget Helens lovely mum, who i know was very involved making Ernies stay the best it could be! I really could not recommend The Cats Other Mother enough to anyone with a feline friend. It really is a safe and loving environment that you feel safe leaving your fur baby! 5 stars isnt enough!
