We've had number of issues with the system installed by a different company. Despite them coming back a number of times they couldn't find the fault what had a massive impact on our business. We called Bespoke RAC and despite the company being really busy Joe found the time to have a look at our system and find the fault! The system was finally working and we could re-open our store! Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and well mannered. I definitely recommend and use again!

Had a 2500w Samsung AC install done in June (2022). This was just before summer as I'd had a brand new log cabin put up and knew with the thermal response the cabin would have to the hot summer that it would almost be impossible to use my new cabin as an office in the summer heat. After a quick chat with a rep I told him the dimensions of the room and he knew instantly what I needed, dates were arranged and workmen arrived a few days later to install my unit. It was a very positive experience, they were quick, clean, tidy and did things exactly to my specifications and informed me how to use the unit properly. A couple of weeks later the AC unit sprung a leak, I gave them a call and the same day (no more than 6 hours later from the call) Joe Rea came to assist me with this issue. (The company Director) He quickly rectified the issue, citing the mistake the original installers had made, this was the accidentally clipping a pipe in the AC unit and causing a small drip which he repaired and have had no issues since. I also gave him a few small issues I'd had since the install in my case this was screws that had not been ground off, and a couple of places that needed some silicon filament to plug some holes as well as some small fitment issues on the outside plastic tubing to keep the cables tidy. These to me were small almost non-issues, no problems arose due to these things and this definitely wasn't a complaint. However, this lead to Joe being very disappointed in his install team. He took some pictures, sent them to the original install team and the very next day they were around fixing up all of the small details I had brought up, fantastic service. More recently (December 2022) due to the freezing cold weather here (0/-9C) my unit has been producing a lot more noise than usual so I gave Joe a call. He swiftly came a few hours later and completely cleaned, de-thawed my outside unit completely and adjusted to the positioning of it to my liking. He also informed me of best practices to keep the unit working most efficiently while keeping the cabin warm and since then the unit has been very quiet and my cabin office space very warm, again incredible service. Overall my experience with them has been nothing but stellar, everything is fixed and addressed promptly, concerns and issues are answered asap.I will continue to use Bespoke RAC for all my air conditioning needs both now and in the future and would highly suggest anyone else looking for AC solutions do the same.
