        The staff were lovely but I had my implant done and I don't think any anaesthetic was applied. Was waiting for a small scratch from the needle to numb the area but got the pain from the implant needle being inserted instead. I'm guessing the area wasn't numbed as it hurt a lot. Everything i've read and watched said the area would be numbed.

        Terrible wait times, booking system doesnt work and they dont do emergency walk- ins, the receptionist is rude and impolite.

        Been here bofe and staff are lovely however I phoned up at 8.45am for an appointment today as they always say today and was spoken to by a very rude women who told me to ring back at 12.45pm or again tomorrow at 8 45am. I explained to her that I had been sitting on the line since 8.45am but she was so rude and dismissive, clearly she doesn't like her job. The customer service from people nowadays.

        Had the best experience with this clinic. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. I had the coil fitted and it wasn't nearly as bad as what I read online. It feels like bad period cramps for a few seconds and that's it. Would highly recommend !!!!
