Wenzel's the Bakers

This bakery shop was good once, long time ago. I can not buy anymore from it, as the staff hygiene is so poor. When i say hygiene is about their own cleanliness, which does not exist. The products are not the best quality as it was before. Everything is smaller and the price increase almost weekly. The staff is not trained properly and is very rude. I was a regular customer and i would always recommend the store, but I can not recommend it now in the state it is. HR must do a better job when hiring staff, and to provide proper training. With the cost of living increasing daily, customers will choose other shops/products than Wenzels.

NEVER order from archway wenzels again. RECEIVED MEAT in my full vegetarian order as well as a short item in my meal deal. When I tried to complain ordering through Deliveroo I was talking to a brick wall and a day later insufficient evidence was to blame as I had thrown out the meal in disgust and my initial photos where apparently not good enough. Didnt get my money back and not so much as an apology from wenzels. Unacceptable after sales service.

Wenzels have gone down in my estimation! Belgium buns, certain breads have changed or they have stopped doing them . Products are poor quality now and make cheaper! It used to be good but not worth the money, Gregs is much better. Stop making your products so cheaply when customers are used to a certain way !

I'm a regular customer and I never had any issues with the customer service, but last Sunday I decided to buy bread and showed the lady serving my student ID and she told me that Wenzel's Archway store no longer do Student discounts which I find odd because they always do Student discounts and NHS discounts... but in the end lady maybe saw that students get discounts? I don't know so my question is is there still student discounts or not?
