I dont understand why the government paying to this kind of unprofessional staff in this pharmacy. They treat people very bad very selfish staff working in this pharmacy. I was waiting in the queue about 25 minutes to pick up my wife prescription and they asked me to queue up again and i said your colleague told me to wait in this queue and she told me you have to go to the same queue again. She said to me I am trying to helping you to be honest I don't need your help you need to educate your self first to how to behave with others. They are never on time they very slow and unorganised. I think you need to employ sone people with a good knowledge and to be nice with others.

Disrespectful and liars. 5 hour wait for a prescription that was supposed to be ready. Lack of care and enthusiasm to solve the fault and get the prescription. The fact it was for an elderly patient who needed to take the medication before being able to eat and they still had no urgency or care is even more shocking. Rude staff and couldnt care less about the job theyre doing.
