I can highly recommend this nail salon. I use this salon regularly since they opened as its clean and they are very talented at all types of nail art. They are kind, friendly and extremely helpful. When getting a mani or pedi expect a lovely massage, especially the hot stone massage on your feet and legs! Thank you Tuen and Tom you guys are the best!!! I had the absolute worst experience here. The woman that done my nails was impatient, rude and did not do a good job at all, she laughed at me mockingly and I felt incredibly upset and uncomfortable. The best part of the experience was leaving the shop after she'd finished. Don't have short nails because they don't like that and will try to put tips on you and instead of filing your nail they'll file your skin until you correct them then they blame you for having short nails. Don't say you're not happy with something because they will moan about it and debate weather they want to fix it or not then they'll blame you. You pay the same prices as the upper market places so you might as well go there to get a better experience, more hygiene and more respect given to you because you get zero respect here. I won't be returning and if anyone is thinking of going don't. Adding onto the hygiene bit, I felt sick when they used a brush on my hands they'd just used for someone else's nails which still had the remnants of that persons nails on it, disgusting. This is not a fake review I did not leave my name as I was a first time customer so you will not find it in your books before you use that as an excuse and after the way I was treated I believe this review is fair.

Booked online via Trealwell - luxury OPI manicure - asked for gel as extra - all of a sudden was told that my booking had not included colour. It's perfectly fine to ask to pay extra for gel - but a normal OPI manicure includes colour by default. Said okay, leave it - was marked as a no-show on Trealwell
