Harriet Wilde Wedding Shoes

I absolutely loved my Harriet Wilde experience from start to finish. My mum came across their website and we both fell in love immediately! We set up a Zoom call initially to talk through what I liked and the options they had available. I am lucky enough to travel into London frequently for work so I booked an appointment to attend their showroom and I am so glad I did. We tried on a few pairs of my chosen shoe, had a walk round and got a feel for how they were - I am getting married abroad and luckily it was a hot summers day so it was great to see how they would feel on the day before purchasing. Next we set about choosing the embellishment, there are a few options to choose from, all beautiful and I settled on rose gold, it was great to be able to see the embellishment on the shoe, another reason I would recommend attending the showroom. Finally, I chose to personalise the sole of my shoe which another great range of fonts and colours, this really added a special touch. Before leaving, I was told in detail how to look after the shoes, the embellishment and how to wear them in for the big day - all superb advice. When they arrived, they were beautifully wrapped and packaged and were more beautiful than I could have imagined, a truly beautiful unique shoe and a wonderful experience from the team at Harriet Wilde, if you are considering purchasing for your wedding shoes - don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

Outstanding customer service, especially Hayley who allowed me to return my original order and try a wide fit style of shoe. Would 100% recommend this company, the shoes are beautiful quality too!

I really loved the look and colour choices of the Harriet Wilde shoes although they were really the top end of my budget I decided to go for it as other shoes just didn't compare! The process was a bit unusual as you get a pair to initially try that you then send back if you're happy or you get another pair to try till you get the right size. Harriet Wilde made this process really easy by providing paid for postage labels all printed and ready to go and thank goodness they do this because the initial design I tried was not going to work for my feet as I have very sensitive toes due to issues with ingrown toenails etc. I initially spoke with a really lovely lady we went through options over the phone and she sent me two pairs with a stretched front and different sizes. After this I didn't speak with anyone over the phone instead I was communicated with via email which was fine. The main reason this is a lower star review is due to the communication on my third round of shoes I received. I let harriet wilde know of my intended choice and that I would send the shoes back the next day. They can't start on your own actual shoe until you send the shoes back to them which is fine it then should take 3-4 weeks for your shoe to be made and sent to you. I had my first dress fitting 3 weeks after I sent the shoe back and had hoped I would have my shoes ready as it would be important to know how long my dress would be. I messaged over a week before my appointment to find out if my shoes would be ready. They said they wouldn't be and that they had only just received my shoes back so it wouldn't be possible now this is ridiculous as I sent the shoes back 8 days ago and the delivery is supposed to be 48 hour they couldn't have just received the shoes! They also said they were working to get them ready within two weeks when they normally take 3-4 weeks but this isn't the case either as they had already had my shoes for two weeks at this point. I then had to start chasing for things I asked about the specifications of the shoes and it took them a week to let me know way after my appointment which I needed to know this information for. The week the shoes were supposed to arrive I had no communication from Harriet Wilde I had to chase to find out where my shoes were as they were due to arrive early that week. This time round I finally got a reply to say they were ready and would send them that day. I honestly felt both times they had just forgotten about my shoes and without my prompting they would have let them sit there. The shoes are lovely and finished to a good standard but communication at times could be worked on.

I received my shoes this week and they are so beautiful!! Harriet Wilde have a brilliant customer service team, with the post strikes happening there was a delay however they kept me updated with everything they were doing. Fabulous dream!
