Every time we had any kind of problem, could be a chair got broken, or the boiler stop working for some reason, we would call them and someone would show up in less than an hour.
They renovate few times the kitchen, bathrooms and bought brand new electrical equipment when it was necessary.
Even receive a Xmas card.
Got my deposit back, even tho i had to leave a bit before my contract finishes for some personal reasons.
Been here for 7 years and there is so many dodgy agency..
