Hanley Estate is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with they are so professional and try to make the process of referencing as straightforward as possible Chatter & krissi were so hands on and helpful they were able to help the family navigate when things were so stressful they always went the extra mile . They were able to find us the best deal possible for our family couldnt ask for anything better I really appreciate all their effort without them it wouldnt be possible .

Great letting agency, very happy with the service provided! I dealt with Chats and Krissi who were both nothing but helpful throughout the whole process of finding and letting the property. Both responded quickly to all questions we had during the referencing process.

I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didnt show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasnt aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and he just saw the diary. And then added that to me my health is more important than your viewing. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you dont show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

Excellent service, the process was smooth and stress free, letting agents Chatter and Krissi were very friendly and helpful, as well as being transparent and responsive to all requests, I would strongly recommend Hanley Estates.
