Despairing with this branch. Absolutely regret using their own fitting service (aka taking more money for fitters who have no knowledge of the products & not a clue what theyre doing. I recently emailed them about the problem shown in the picture (kitchen fitters cut a hole far too big for even a triple plug socket & used pen that doesnt come off on backsplash). No response. Basically since I paid, manager has been entirely disinterested in any communication about the project. Im happy with the worktop & unit products but the service & fitting have been dreadful.

I had a very good experience with magnet pre-sales but the aftersales service has been terrible. Our kitchen was fitted just as lockdown hit in March/ April and when it arrived, there were missing parts which my fitter reported to the archway store. Given the lockdown I could understand a delay in getting these sorted but the Magnet warehouse re-opened in May. Patiently waited for them to get up to speed and provide the missing parts but still no news come June when I got in touch direct. The response was very slow (4-6 weeks) and they said they were on it and then the updates stopped. I last got a response from them on the 16th of July and have followed up loads since and no reply at all in 2 months. I then took to twitter and was told 5 days ago someone from customer care would contact me but nothing. My fitter was contacted to say they had missing parts (I was not contacted at all) and today he went to collect the missing parts but guess what, they are not all there/ and/or wrong? I can forgive some delay during this challenging period and I was patient but I cannot believe their lack of contact/ courtesy to even update me in 2 months and counting. Regular contact to apologise and explain the delays would really help. They are hiding behind the fitter and more importantly 6 months on, kitchen still not finished due to missing parts. 2 stars only as initial service was good, otherwise would be one. They are currently promising Christmas installation if you order by 31st of October. If my experience is anything to go by, that won't happen. Don't take the risk and don't use this store.
