I came to this pharmacy needing Covid testing for travel twice and both times were so quick and easy!! Staff were very friendly and professional ! They provided great service. I highly recommend coming here for testing! They also have amazing high end skincare.

Absolutely fabulous experience at Arkle Pharmacy. Immediate access to an antigen test on the day of flight and excellent customer service! We will visit again. Many thanks for all of your help in getting us on our way.

I've got a joke for you... A man walks into a pharmacy. The punchline? ARKLE PHARMACY. I visited this establishment because I was worried about a potential infection. When I requested to see an expert, I was disappointed to feel like a leper. The tone from the pharmacist was of distain to be helping. They asked me to reveal my infected area on the shop floor in front of the other customers because their consultancy room was 'full of stuff'. Thankfully, the area was not infected and it is unlikely I will suffer physically. However, the experience made me feel like an inconvenience and it was really disappointing to be on the end of this treatment. If I could score 0 stars, I would. I'd score a million minus star if at all possible! Hopefully they can use the money from the day's sales to buy some pharmaceutical grace and decorum.
