Truly horrific experience. Paid thousands to install a new wooden floor. Great at the sales part. Installation was a disaster. Then left with a floor which marks (as you can see) from the tiniest spill. Cleaner rested mop on it and huge mark. Owner was personally insulting when I asked for help to rectify and ended up paying them just so I didn't have to receive anymore messages from him. Beyond upsetting and had to get someone else in to sort it all out at my own cost. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had a lovely time being sold a vv expensive floor - lovely cups of tea, fine biscuit etc; but the chaos of the installation was only topped by the shoddiness of the workmanship. Avoid.

Thank you Dom and Adam. Professional from start to finish. And a first class job. I will definitely recommend anyone getting carpet or new flooring to ring Dom you will not be disappointed. Thank you once again for the fantastic work you have done

Arranged an appointment to get a quote for flooring work. I had to take time off work to be at my flat. Calls me 2 hours later to say he will be another 30 mins. Stay well clear from them. No respect for other peoples time.

Wolff and Grace fitted my carpet in my bedroom and even after a short delay because of stock issues which were beyond their control, Zsolt was great in finding me an alternative and booking me in on the next slot. Adam and his colleague were fab when they arrived for the fitting. Just handed the keys to them and they cracked on. Thank you for the lovely candle gift W & G and my soft new carpet
