a temple, for promoting positive energy, focus and excellence. a root to our well springs, a revocation, a summons back to the place of our inception and resurrection......I am there for chi gong, a regime to promote health, thro endurance so one is able to better endure the burden of occupying the mortal coil thus existance becomes more cordial and less burdensome and serenity and grace may yet be given a chance to cohabit along with being.

I began training with Shifu Yanzi in 1998 and at Shaolin Temple UK when Shifu opened it in 1999 at the Tufnel Park site. It's iconic in the area the big red gates are the only sign it exists on Junction Road and then when you walk down the ramp you enter a totally different environment. There is a lot of Shaolin culture to be experienced there including martial arts training, qi gong, meditation and all are welcome.

Really great and fun place to train, the shifus are all so wonderful and knowledgable and care so much about students progression.
