Very rude customer service. Avoid this place. I fely very uncomfortable visiting after he shouted at me,asian guy with glasses.

I have been going to this shop for years. Its the most reliable phone repair shop & has always resolved any issues Ive had.

Took I pad for repair guy assured me its the battery paid 75 upfront went to collect it he told me I have to pay 35 more as he put another part in the i pad we never used it for a few weeks then went to use it and its completely dead please dont take nothing for repair in this shop as they are con men who dont care about customers they just thief your money so be warned as Ive heard of lots of people complaining about same issues

I bought a printer from this guy, he assured me I would be able to set it up, but I cannot. He is familiar with why I struggle with technology from my visits, particularly during the Lockdown. Canon seem to think that the he ought to engage with whom soever he bought it from. But, he told me to 'Not bother him again'. Incidentally, I paid him double the Argos price

Ive been having troubles with my MacBook Pro for months now due to the battery needing replacing. I finally got round to taking it into 647 Internet Caf today, and I couldnt be happier with the results! They replaced my battery and it now feels like a brand new computer. On top of that, it was all done under an hour and with a smile - doesnt get much better than that. I also use this shop whenever I need any printing done and they never fail to provide stellar service. Couldnt recommend this place enough, dont bother going anywhere else in the area, these guys have got you covered ;)
