        We had a horrible experience renting from them. Refused to send repair man to fix a heavily leaking roof, would send people round with no notice during COVID who refused to follow guidelines and wear masks despite having a vulnerable housemate, threatened us with eviction when we asked them to follow guidelines, in the end we moved out because it was easier than continuing to rent from these people.

        By far one of the worst agents in London for rentals. Please avoid them if you can! We have had incredibly poor service - charged us to start a contract when we couldnt even move it because hey hadnt finished works in the property. They send repair men who are thugs and threatened our safety. Give yourself peace of mind and dont rent one of their flats.
