First, the lady over the phone was a little rude. The delivery was quite fast and the food was quite hot, but thats where my good experience ended: - the roast duck chow mein was dry. It was full of noodles but we struggled to find other ingredients, particularly the duck. Oh, wait a minute - hey I did find one piece of spring onions. Yay! - the spring rolls were crisp and the sweet and sour condiment was good. However, it was almost entirely made of pastry. There was hardly any filling at all. Even the shape of the rolls wasnt round but quite flat. We were very disappointed

I enquired what was in the Mixed Meat Chow Mein. I was told Beef Chicken Duck and Pork, there was hardly any beef or chicken. The duck was greasy skin and the pork was fat and gristle. The onions where in abundance, but severely singed. When I complained to them that a 1/4 of the dish was left untouched because of the above. And that the Chef isn't trimming the meat sufficiently. They disreputed Chinese Cooks by responded that that's how the Chinese cook. They are very bolshy and rude.....! Read previous reviews stating the same. Do not waste your money as they are severely overpriced, with a bad attitude!

As a fellow Chinese who has ordered from them 9 times within a year, I am leaving this comment to share my shocking experience with others. I have never had any problems with their food or delivery in the past. However, this Sunday, when I ordered their food through a delivery platform, I thought it would be delivered to my apartment as always. But 30 minutes later, a Chinese female staff member from the restaurant called me and asked me to go downstairs to collect my food because she couldn't find a parking spot. I told her that I always had my food delivered to my apartment and that I had paid for the delivery fees. She replied that I would have to wait for 30 minutes or longer because she needed to find a parking spot, and then abruptly hung up. I waited for another 15 minutes, and then she called me again, saying that I had to go and meet her on the street, or else I would have to wait for hours. Once again, she hung up abruptly. I had no choice but to dress up and go to the street to collect my food. When I met her, I tried to tell her that it was not acceptable to be rude and hang up on people. But she raised her voice and tried to explain the parking situation. I told her that I didn't ask her for parking, I was just asking for basic respect. She then said, "Take your food and f**k off!" I was humiliated and shocked. As I picked up my food, I threw the warming bag on the floor. She then shouted, "Fk you!" loudly in the street, with many pedestrians and children walking by. She continued shouting, "Fk off!" around 10 times until I left for my building. Two minutes later, when I arrived at my apartment, I received a message saying, "F**k you!" What a lovely Sunday afternoon! Nobody deserves to be treated this way!
