He told me I would have to pay extra for stain removal - I was a little disappointed as I had thought this was what I was paying for with a professional deep clean. I dont feel the service was worth it. All he did was run a steamer over the carpet and he rushed out before checking I was happy with the work - he didnt make any attempt to work on individual small stains. For 65 I expected a little more care. It was an end of tenancy deep clean and my landlord also didnt feel that the carpets looked professionally cleaned...he was a nice guy, and perhaps he was just in a rush on this occasion.
