AAB Architects

AAB Architects designed a rooftop extension for our Georgian terraced house in a conservation area in North London. It was a small job in size, but required a sensitive approach from obtaining planning permission to implementation in a very restricted site. The quality of the design service was excellent throughout: from expanding the architectural possibilities of a restricted space and the close attention to detail in its execution. They found competitive contractors to tender for the job and supervised the building work closely so that the project remained within budget and schedule. We are delighted with the end results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to future clients.

Wholly positive. AAB brought very smooth project supervision, efficient liaison with the planners, great client alertness and a strong working relationship with the builders and engineer. And the design quality and constant eye on costs were each greatly appreciated. I can't recommend them highly enough.
