        Very poor communication and almost in possible to get a hold of!! After having a family member put here after coming out of hospital. 3 family members had a voice message left about said family member. Now all of us tried all day to get in touch with the home ringing 50 plus times ( i dont live near sadly) and not once could we get hold of anyone. Left feeling worried and upset!
