Rory attended to clean parts of a boiler as specified by a previous engineer at my rented property. The tenant resident at the address said that there is no way Rory could have done what was required in the time there. Rory had to return as the problem wasn't resolved. The main issue however was that Rory wanted 140 extra on top of the 390 already paid saying that he would need and fit it a part required at no charge for fitting. I found the same part for 57, purchased at and requested that Rory fit it. Rory made promises to attend and fit the part, but ignored all further contact so I had to arrange another engineer to attend. I sent Rory an email to make a formal complaint and request that he pay the cost for me to pay a different engineer to fit the part, but he refused and offered no recompense. I suggest that you do not use Rory as nice as he seems.

really nice bloke, fitted our kitchen which involved fixing a disaster of the previous residents plumbing and fitting a new water pipe, greta job reasonably priced.

Ran new uprated gas mail into house to allow additional boiler in new annex. Ran new gas main into annex. Will be getting them back to fit new boiler in annex once all works are complete. Great job, friendly staff
