Theo was amazing with my back troubles. The day after my first appointment I had instant relief and he sent me away with some stretches/exercises to do as well as explaining to me in depth why I was suffering from back pain in a particular area. He was super informative and easy to understand. The price is of a consultation as well as any following appointments is really affordable compared to others I had researched. Will for sure be returning to him for all my back troubles to come in the future Thanks Theo!!

Would recommend, every time I get an adjustment due to niggles or injuries from training and everyday life, Theo ensures that each treatment is specific to what is causing me pain/discomfort with an in-depth explanation as to why this is happening and how I can overcome these issues with tailored exercises. Great guy, very professional.
