One of the best things to happen to me is meeting Gemma. I say that because I use to be a guy who was lacking in confidence and tbh didnt have much drive within me. I wanted to get fit but was scared of some of the challenges for many a year so I didnt bother doing anything but was one of those who use to say I wish I could do that. WELL I DID. Gemma put me on a programme to suit my needs. Dont get me wrong it was hard at 1st and still is sometimes but what I now have is the confidence and drive which was lacking. I find Gemma is able to understand her clients needs and goals. I am now doing exercises I didnt think was possible, the warm up alone is like a mini workout . I look forward to training with Gemma . After a session Gemma massages my well worked muscles as she is also qualified in that department as well. My body has shaped up nicely and I will continue with Gemma . The confidence, the drive, the well-being leaves me yearning for more. Well done Gemma and thank you .

Ive been working with Gemma now for the last 5 years and have really benefited from her coaching and advice. As a 400m runner, I have worked with her one to one and over the phone (while Ive been studying at uni) and both the technical, physical and mental support provided has been second to none. Shes incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive and I would recommend her to anyone, from people looking to getting fit and top level athletes.
