DO NOT buy from here, the worst products and service ever. Had to wait months for a new products to arrive as the initial products were all damaged. They certainly have cowboy workers that do not know the job. Be careful with this company its a SCAM!!!

Rose Sofa set- Do not buy from them- 1st delivery wrong sofa delivered, as they changed the items colour code on the contract without my consent. 2nd delivery item damaged- they tried fixing the tears with staplers Did not sign for delivery, I put a note on there also took a picture. Make sure you takes videos of the damage while they are installing. They do not respond to mails, best option is to take legal action. Do not sign for the delivery if the item is faulty..! Make sure you keep copies of your mails sent to the director.. You could make a claim online with all the evidence. ***Do not waste your money and buy from them***

I have placed an order sept 2022 to this date I have not received my order. *Zero communication *Fake promises *Passive aggressive treatment from the staff * Refused to refund my money * Refused to deliver my order * Incompetent and rude stuff I have made official complaints several times but unfortunately I have been ignored - currently taking legal actions. I am extremely disappointed with Anka Home Furniture company

Bought a sofa bed August 2022, delivered to my home damaged, also the delivery team damaged the wall in my sitting room and my stair banister, I repeatedly went into the shop to complain a team eventually came to fix the faults, but not to a satisfactory standard. The repair team said parts to fix the sofa bed had to be ordered from Turkey, I called the office several times nobody answered the phone, it is now March 2023 and I am still waiting, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company, as the customer service is the poorest I have ever come across.
