The best Estate agent i have ever experienced. Me and my wife have been looking for properties nearly a year thank you to Waz we found our dream house. Finally just wanted to say Adam Kennedy all staff are amazing very helpful. They communicate and reply quickly. Highly recommended

Even if I have to sleep in the street I will NEVER EVER trust this agency!!! Adam Kennedy became my worst nightmare after my experience with them! As my husband and I are looking for a property to rent, we saw a great house posted by this agency. it was written available immediately. I called DAILY for one week and no one knew any details about this property. BUT, they were always promising that I will receive a call back. NEVER!! Not even a short beep! LIARS!! The second week, i called again DAILY! Every time I spoke with different people and they were blaming the colleagues as some are still working from home. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM! After insisting, embarrassing myself and pushing them to do their job, I got the promise for a viewing of that property (134, The Sunny Road, Enfield). But no confirmation! I had to call 4 times, the day before the viewing to remind them that I need the confirmation as I need to be sure that this is happening! All this time they made me think that the agency is a total joke that is mocking people! That they do not want to work or to rent anything!! My husband started to become suspicious about the property. Very late, we received the message confirming the viewing. When we arrived there we saw the most HORROR house we ever visited in our 35 years!!!!! The walls are cracked, painted and dirty; the house smells like rubbish; everything inside is destroyed like after the war! The kitchen furniture is smashed, the bathroom is absolutely degusting, the carpets have marks .... I felt so angry for being lied with photos from the past years!!!! I am pregnant in 38 weeks and to face this stress + the time waisted is a punishment!!! This agency should be shamed for existing!!!!!!! The agent that was showing the house today was absolutely quite! The best he could say was that: the landlord will refurbish everything in one week! OMG!!!!!! Not even in one month you can fix that house!!!!!!!!!!! They should be forbidden to function!! NEVER EVER Adam Kennedy in my life!!!!!!
