Reception staff couldnt be more rude. They are consistently unhelpful and have an awful attitude, insist you email them for any requests, and then ignore your emails for weeks and weeks - only to say oops it looks like we read then and then forgot to reply for important medication. They have lost important letters, forgotten referrals and just plainly given me the wrong information on more occasions than I can count. And to top it off the next available appointment isnt for 8 weeks :)

Would definitely change it. The reception staff has been nothing but rude and disrespectful since day one. Worse experience ever.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of some of the reception staff, I appreciate they are very busy and when I address them I always mention that, and as a professional person myself I am aware when dealing with the public, there is a way to do that, and even if the previous person had been rude to them, it does not give anyone the right to treat people badly. I was called a bear faced liar, when I said before he left Dr Chimere Aka was my doctor, apparently he has never worked in that surgery ? The doctors and nurses are great if you ever get to see them, but with the exception of David and Kritika, who are very helpful (Funny how I know only their names) some of the others are not much short of cruel, to the obviously Ill patients that attend the surgery. There is one particular woman, who I obviously don't know her name, I would imagine, is the office bully, she often shouts down the phone or just slams the phone down. If I could afford private health care I would, at least I wouldn't be treated like a second class citizen. Not worth a star, and I shouldn't have to put one, just so I can post my experiences.
