Screwfix

Very poor costume service I be use very often the Screwfix because I was rebuilding my house and I I have spent some good money to this branchScrewfix Enfield - Southbury I have notes the staff never happy and no want to help old people or people not know to use the iPad or people with communication problems Im not very good with with computers I have noticed the staff are just there standing the dont provide any service they dont no what material and products the shop sell. one day because also I forgot my glasses and was horrible to look on catalog book or to use the iPad really I wanted some help and I want to the boy front desk which he presented him self as manager the name jacques Im not sure if I spelled correctly to be so rude to me and to dont help me to find what I want we are humans no animal we are workers as well no behave like this

Brilliant service from the Southbury branch. John helped me with my online order even though closing time had already passed by 5 minutes. 10/10 for John. Thanks.

I am a regular customer of Screwfix. This particular store in Enfield Southbury is the wrost Screwfix store I have ever been. The staff here is extremely rude to customers. I am requesting Screwfix head office to make some personnel changes in this store urgently so that you do not lose loyal customer base.
