I cant recommend Bobby & Fabio highly enough. Installed our new kitchen, replaced ceiling, fitted all appliances and arranged for electrical works, worktops to be installed alongside. The quality of their work is absolutely top notch - complete attention to detail and they take massive pride in everything they do - you will definitely be chuffed with the end result, even if you are the most fussy customer. They have been professional, courteous and conscientious in all their dealings with us, with excellent communication all along the way. If there were 10 stars Id be going for that. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Property2Property led by Fabio. They have been fantastic to help fix an issue caused by another builder. This was a significant piece of work which included gutting our entire ground floor, fixing issues and installing new flooring, underfloor heating, new WC as well as re-fitting the kitchen. Fabio and his team made this as stress free as possible and not only delivered but exceeded our expectations especially as his prices were very competitive. The team are friendly, punctual, professional and the communication throughout the work ensured we knew exactly what they were doing and why it was being done. Fabio was also very helpful in providing thoughtful solutions and sharing his knowledge & experience in choosing different types of flooring, tiling and appliances. I would have no hesitation is recommending Property2Property for any range of construction or maintenance work and will definitely be using them going forward. Fabio and his team are extremely professional. I found them very dedicated and knowledgeable about a variety of building works. They have completely refurbished and installed two new bathrooms with modern fittings and new pipe work, tiling, new walls and floor installation. All was completed in good time and to a very high standard, despite the tenants living in the property. They were very courteous and offered transparent updates and suggestions throughout the building work. Fabio and the team are simply the best professionals I have worked with in the maintenance/construction space. In need of modernising the bathroom of my new flat, I received quotes from a number of local companies. Unlike the others, Property2property were incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, taking their time to offer me creative suggestions that worked for me. The prices were also more competitive than others, despite offering a more high end solution. The guys on the job were very friendly and did their best to minimise mess/noise. The finished bathroom had a very modern and sophisticated look, exactly what I was looking for. Will be using property2property for my kitchen later in the year and can not recommend them more!
